Nice experience, If you visit on weekdays solely to enjoy the view, there are no charges. However, during weekends when the temple is open, they may charge a fee ranging from 300 to 500 rupees.

You can avoid the 350 entry charge if you can ascend after 3pm as the counter is closed and it's free for all.

Swamimalai trekking was physically draining testing your body to some extent. But the view from the top was fantastic.
